All organizations wishing to have food & beverage at an event in the Student Union building must use Spartan Catering or another caterer on the current Approved Caterer List.
If you are planning on using Spartan Catering, you need to arrange
that two weeks prior to your event
A meeting with the Event Services Manager is required for all events that require stage lighting and amplified sound.
